About Coach

After leaving behind high school cheerleading, weights, and track for college, Stacey realized that she wasn't as strong as she used to be! She found CrossFit in 2012 and found that it filled the void that sports had left behind. Before she knew it she was stronger than she had ever been before! She spent the next few years entering local CrossFit competitions and a couple of weightlifting and powerlifting competitions, but the height of her competitive CrossFit journey was in 2017 when she competed on a CrossFit Games Regionals team in Nashville, TN. She now has a passion for helping others achieve their highest fitness dreams - from hating burpees a little less to smashing competitions that she wasn't as strong as she used to be! Turning Point

Stacey moved to Oklahoma in her early 20s to a city where she knew no one. She quickly realized there that it was up to her to build a life that she loved. With no friends or family around she had to start from scratch! This was a terribly challenging, but ultimately very rewarding, time for her! From building friendships one awkward conversation at a time, to figuring out what the best restaurants were, to diving into new hobbies - she learned to take ownership of her life and her experiences. Finding CrossFit was a huge factor in Oklahoma becoming a place that Stacey loved - the community and comradery made it feel like home in many ways. Day in and day out with the same people in class forged a bond that can't be replaced. The fear of diving into an unfamiliar life can be daunting - but the payoff of learning to take actionable steps to shape your own life into something worth being excited about is well worth facing that fear.

Motivation & Passion

Stacey loves helping others realize their potential and is passionate about helping them feel empowered to make the simple (but not easy!) day-to-day changes necessary to get to where they want to be in life! She is particularly passionate about helping women navigate their fitness during pregnancy and postpartum.
